Privacy Policy

We are required under federal regulation to post this policy on our website in order to communicate with our clients via SMS text message (e.g. appointment reminders). Because we are a law firm, we cannot use this data in any other way. We do not share your information outside the office. If you send us a text message, we will save a thread of those messages for your file. We keep these indefinitely per the Bar association rules on client information retention. This is not complicated. We do not use or collect any other data on our website or through any other means.

If you have any questions about how we use your data, none of which has ever changed because lawyers have ethics and Bar rules regarding confidentiality that do not change, please contact us.
