I will provide broad-based immigration updates on this section of my website as soon as they become available. Donald Trump's 2024 election has caused massive anxiety among the immigrant community for good reason. His rhetoric and bluster regarding immigrants has been crass and inhumane. However, we do not have any policy changes or announcements at this time, given that he has not yet been inaugurated. This will occur on Jan 20, 2025.
